In 1995 we added a packing line for our exclusive "Cazadero"� chile, pre-conditioned fruit, and a multitude of custom stickered and packed items, providing a service not offered by our competition. A unique process for ripening tree fruit without ethylene gas was developed in conjunction with the University of California Davis.

    The demand for chiles continues to increase annually. Our Cazadero� Brand provides our customers with the highest quality chiles available on the market. These chiles have been selected as prime produce, gone through multiple inspections, and then hand-packed to insure that quality is retained in the shipping.
