Regular maintenance typically includes: Scanning malicious software infections and deleting them; ensuring antivirus software is functional and up to date; ensuring the latest versions of software and drivers are installed; ensuring all critical windows updates and windows service packs are installed; removing unneeded files, uninstalling unused programs, and reducing unnecessary processes in order to optimize the computers performance; monitoring data back ups and verifying data has been properly saved; plus anything else your business may require.

With a maintenance agreement, we would also be on call to resolve any issues you may be having, at a reduced rate.
